Final standings of I-league 2015-16

Mohun Bagan unfortunately fails to defend the title and ends up runners behind the AIFF mercy-fed BFC. The other Kolkata team only manages to earn the 3rd place 5 points behind Bagan. However, DSK though have finished bottom of the table will not be relegated being a corporate franchisee team as per AIFF rule.. The freshers Aizawl FC will be relegated instead.
